Roofing Replacement

We bought a house in Palmer several years ago with a 26 year old roof. Honestly, it looked pretty good at purchase and we had it inspected and it was given several more years of life. Then the winter of 25/26 hit hard and tried to blow Palmer into the void. When all the snow melted, we could finally see that our roof really took one for the team. We had it repaired but figured we aught to just bite the bullet and replace it. Anyone that has had a roof replaced in AK knows that it's like a half price shoe sale at Penney's.....madness! No one calls you back, there's a year long waiting list, etc. When I say it's competitive, it's COMPETITIVE. I called several companies and Twin Point was the first to call me back, and the ONLY company to get me a quote. The owner was amazing to work with and worked really hard to get us in for a replacement this summer. Luckily our house is small, so the he asked if we could just wait and be squeezed in last minute, which I was fine with. They called on Tuesday and they started the job on Wednesday. The entire project was done in three days and it looks great. Great communication, fair pricing and stellar customer service. And, a sexy new roof to survive the Palmer vortex.

They squeezed my project in last minute and did a great job. My flat roof under a deck had some rotting boards and they got everything replaced and rebuilt, when another roofing company said if they found anything rotting when they pulled it up they wouldn’t touch it and I’d have to call a different contractor to fix it before they would come back to finish the roof. Twin Point did the whole thing, took away the stress and provided ease of mind.

Alex came out to do an inspection on the roof. Gave me some options from patching to roof replacement. This was a no pressure kind of conversation. We ended up replacing our roof. Communication was excellent and the craftsman ship was great! Would hire Alex again without hesitation.

Alex and his team were terrific. We needed a portion of the roof re-done at short notice, and they made it happen. The next summer, they did the rest of the roof. I live in the wind tunnel known as the Eagle River Valley in amongst the houses made of ticky tacky and all look just the same. Now that we are done with the Weeds reference, I can tell you I never got a call back from three different local roofers. Twin Point happened to be knocking out repairs for folks on my road and they popped right down. I asked them to come take a look and they had my issue fixed in half an hour. My shed roof needed help. The guys from Twin Point did not balk at the little job. They came and knocked it out within a week of initial contact. Many other roofers had declined the job or wanted to over charge. Twin Point bid a fair price and was in and out. Will hire again when my house needs a roof!
