I was very pleased with Alex and Twin Point Roofing. Alex was extremely helpful when I contacted him for a quote working with me to get best value for my new roof. Scheduling the job was excellent when some travel issues came up too. The crew that came to do the install was likewise excellent. They were efficient, thorough and very hard working, getting the whole installation done in just over a day - I was impressed! Not only does my new roof look GREAT, but their clean up efforts were wonderful too, gathering up all the mess from the old roof and leaving my yard in great condition. Very pleased and can highly recommend Alex and Twin Point Roofing!

Alex and his team are great. You can tell when someone knows what they are doing and they definitely do. They are the guys you want if the time comes for a roof replacement and or repair. I’d recommend them to anyone I know.

We bought a house in Palmer several years ago with a 26 year old roof. Honestly, it looked pretty good at purchase and we had it inspected and it was given several more years of life. Then the winter of 25/26 hit hard and tried to blow Palmer into the void. When all the snow melted, we could finally see that our roof really took one for the team. We had it repaired but figured we aught to just bite the bullet and replace it. Anyone that has had a roof replaced in AK knows that it's like a half price shoe sale at Penney's.....madness! No one calls you back, there's a year long waiting list, etc. When I say it's competitive, it's COMPETITIVE. I called several companies and Twin Point was the first to call me back, and the ONLY company to get me a quote. The owner was amazing to work with and worked really hard to get us in for a replacement this summer. Luckily our house is small, so the he asked if we could just wait and be squeezed in last minute, which I was fine with. They called on Tuesday and they started the job on Wednesday. The entire project was done in three days and it looks great. Great communication, fair pricing and stellar customer service. And, a sexy new roof to survive the Palmer vortex.

They squeezed my project in last minute and did a great job. My flat roof under a deck had some rotting boards and they got everything replaced and rebuilt, when another roofing company said if they found anything rotting when they pulled it up they wouldn’t touch it and I’d have to call a different contractor to fix it before they would come back to finish the roof. Twin Point did the whole thing, took away the stress and provided ease of mind.

Alex came out to do an inspection on the roof. Gave me some options from patching to roof replacement. This was a no pressure kind of conversation. We ended up replacing our roof. Communication was excellent and the craftsman ship was great! Would hire Alex again without hesitation.

Alex and his team were terrific. We needed a portion of the roof re-done at short notice, and they made it happen. The next summer, they did the rest of the roof. We had had persistent problems with leaks for many years, which other roofers had tried to fix and failed. This winter, our house is snug and dry thanks to Twin Point's great work. Alex at twin point is awesome! We’ve hired them for several roofs. Shingle, flat-roof and metal. Our shingle roof found rot on the sheeting when he demoed it. They moved quickly, got all of it repaired and finished the roof on time. Fast, reliable, great communication. Definitely recommend

I live in the wind tunnel known as the Eagle River Valley in amongst the houses made of ticky tacky and all look just the same. Now that we are done with the Weeds reference, I can tell you I never got a call back from three different local roofers. Twin Point happened to be knocking out repairs for folks on my road and they popped right down. I asked them to come take a look and they had my issue fixed in half an hour. We had an excellent experience with Alex & his crew! His communication was outstanding and kept us updated at every stage, and was always quick to answer any questions. The crew was professional, reliable, and the quality of work was very well done. Even to the point of when it was raining Alex would stop by several times to check and make sure everything was ok. The prices were very reasonable as well.

My shed roof needed help. The guys from Twin Point did not balk at the little job. They came and knocked it out within a week of initial contact. Many other roofers had declined the job or wanted to over charge. Twin Point bid a fair price and was in and out. Will hire again when my house needs a roof!

I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing done. They were able to make time to come fix a hole in our roof from an ice dam that fell into it back in February 2024 when no other roofer had time for us or would even call us back. Beyond professional, kind, and great quality work.
